Brownies are my ultimate dessert. They’re like the piece of the puzzle that fits into every situation – perfect with a cuppa, great for taking over to people’s houses and you can even make them into a birthday cake should you so wish. They’re like the friend who fits into every social situation with ease, a real crowd pleaser, especially in this case if the crowd contains folks who’d rather their desserts be nut free too.
I love these brownies because they are so decadent and fudgy, and then the fudge sauce just tops them off and gives them that little bit extra. These are not for the faint hearted at all!
I can’t wait for you guys to try these, I’m loving the Nature’s Charm products at the moment as they are such amazing alternatives to traditionally dairy-based ingredients! I hope you love them too!
Ingredients
Makes an 8” tray of brownies
- 1 tin (360g) Nature’s Charm evaporated coconut milk
- 1/3 cup oat milk
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup ground oats
- 1 cup chocolate, chopped into chunks
For the drizzle:
- Nature’s Charm chocolate fudge sauce
Start off by melting the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with 2 inches of water in it, on a low heat. Remove the bowl from the heat, then stir in the evaporated coconut milk and oat milk.
In a separate large bowl, stir together the dry ingredients, then pour the wet ingradients and stir well. Pour the mixture into an 8” baking tray or tin, then bake at 180C for around 35 minutes.
Leave the brownies to cool, before cutting into squares. Serve with a drizzle of Nature’s Charm chocolate fudge sauce for extra amazingness!
Love, Mrs H xx
