No bake two ingredient fudge brownies

Got chocolate and want to make it into a healthier, protein packed dessert with just ONE pantry ingredient? I couldn’t believe how amazingly these turned out, and my kids had no idea they were eating chickpeas!


If you need to rustle up a quick, easy and delicious dessert that suits pretty much all diets and allergies, look no further! And no baking required!
You’ve probably got both ingredients at home, so raid your cupboards and let’s go!

These no bake fudge brownies are gluten free, vegan, refined sugar free (depending on which chocolate you use) and nut free! And packed with protein!

Here’s how 🧑‍🍳

🔹1 cup chickpeas
🔹1 cup dark chocolate (plus 1/2 cup extra for topping)
Optional: 1 tbsp coconut oil for the topping, to make it fudgier

🔸 Melt the chocolate in a bowl over saucepan with two inches of water in on a low heat, then blend with the beans until smooth
🔸 transfer to a lined loaf tin.
🔸 refrigerate for 4 hours or until set, top with extra melted chocolate if you like (stir in the coconut oil if using), then enjoy! Eat from refrigerated for more of a fudge or microwave a piece for 30 seconds for the ultimate brownie texture!
