Raspberry ‘Kinder Buenos’

Chocolate and raspberry is possibly my favourite flavour combination. Throw in hazelnut and it’s just perfection imo.

I love how these look like a Kinder Bueno bar, and have the classic chocolate hazelnut filling and chocolate coating, but with a healthier, fruity twist!

Ingredients

🔹15-20 raspberries
🔹 1 cup chocolate (I used this one)
🔹 1/4 cup hazelnut butter (or other)

Melt 1/4 of the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan with 2 inches of water in on a low heat, stirring gently. In a small bowl mix the hazelnut butter with the melted chocolate, then use a syringe or piping bag to pipe the hazelnut butter into the centre of the raspberries.

Place the raspberries in lines of 4 on a lined baking tray, squeezing them together so they stick to each other. Freeze until the raspberries are hard.

Melt the rest of the chocolate and dunk the bars in one by one.

Chill until set then enjoy! Store in the freezer and remove 30 mins before eating.
