Hi there – welcome to Mrs Hollingsworth’s!
My name is Emma Hollingsworth, and I am passionate about healthy food and wellbeing. A few years ago, after feeling sluggish, lethargic and generally rubbish in the run up to my wedding, I embarked on a journey of active avoidance, positivity and self-acceptance.
I cut out all gluten, refined sugar, dairy and additives from my diet, instead opting for whole foods and fresh, organic produce wherever possible. I got in the kitchen and started creating delicious recipes to replace the foods I missed eating but knew didn’t work for me. I overhauled my exercise regime and got my body moving and my endorphins pumping. I reset my mindset, poured my glass half full and got happy.
After qualifying as a certified Health Coach in 2016 I started supplying local cafes, farmers markets and restaurants (including Selfridges food hall) with my healthy desserts. I started creating recipes for numerous high profile brands, running baking courses from my kitchen and my bestselling first book, Vegan Treats, was published in 2019.
I’ve now got three little ones too; Azaria, Buddy and Boaz, it’s been a busy five years!
